During this special event, families will have the opportunity to learn the art of decorating a fruit shortcake. With the assistance of the hotel's pastry chefs, attendees will spread cream on sponge cakes and artfully arrange seasonal fruits to craft their unique cake creations. The event promises a hands-on experience where young chefs can unleash their creativity and discover the joy of baking.
On the day of the event, professional pastry chefs will demonstrate essential techniques, sharing tips on how to elegantly apply cream and effectively decorate the cakes. - - Date & Time: August 2, 2026 (Sunday) from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM
- - Reservations: Open from July 4, 11 AM by phone; registration will close on July 27 or once capacity is reached.
- - Participants: 20 groups (40 individuals total)
- - Cost: ¥8,000 for each group of 2 (1 adult and 1 elementary school child). An additional child can join for ¥2,500 extra.

1. Live demonstration and guidance from professional pastry chefs.
2. Cake decorating experience with a fruit shortcake. (Cakes are to be taken home.)

Please note that cancellations made within two days before the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. The listed prices include a 12% service charge and a 10% consumption tax.
