Collaboration of Keikyu, ecbo, and Vision
In a significant move to enhance travel convenience for international tourists visiting Japan, Keikyu Corporation, ecbo Co., and Vision Co. have joined forces to expand their same-day luggage delivery service starting March 9, 2026. This partnership aims to provide a seamless experience for visitors as they travel between Haneda Airport and various locations throughout the city.
Background of the Service
The collaboration builds upon a pilot project initiated by Keikyu and ecbo, which began testing in August 2024 and transitioned to operational status in March 2025. With Vision now contributing its expertise, the service will now allow for luggage to be dispatched not just from Haneda Airport to accommodations but also from city locations back to the airport on the same day. This expansion significantly boosts the convenience for international visitors, especially on their arrival and departure dates.
Service Overview
The service allows tourists to send their luggage from Haneda Airport directly to their accommodations upon arriving in Japan. On the day of their return, they can have their luggage sent from their hotels or other designated spots in the city back to Haneda Airport. Previously offered only for the leg from the airport to the accommodations, this new initiative will enhance the overall travel experience for tourists navigating local attractions and transportation without the burden of heavy bags.
To facilitate these services, multiple drop-off points will be established, including ecbo cloak Marunouchi Store, Keikyu EX Inn in Tokyo Nihonbashi, and TIME SHARING at Grade Park in front of Shimbashi Station. Tourists can take advantage of both pre-booking via the web and same-day drop-off at these locations. The collected luggage will be available for pick-up at Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport starting at 4 PM. Additionally, the luggage delivery counter at Haneda Airport will extend its hours until 8 PM to accommodate late travelers.
Delivery Fees
- - Small luggage (dimensions within 120 cm on all sides): ¥1,600 (tax included)
- - Large luggage (dimensions within 160 cm on all sides): ¥2,100 (tax included)

Future Prospects
The resurgence of foreign tourist numbers in Japan has been notable in recent years, prompting the need for improved travel convenience from the airport to the city. The collaboration of Keikyu, ecbo, and Vision not only addresses this challenge but also enhances the overall tourist experience. As the demand for inbound travel continues to rise, these companies are committed to strengthening their services and infrastructure to support travelers, ensuring they have a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Japan.
Vision plans to leverage its infrastructure and customer touchpoints, such as its Global WiFi rental services available in airports, to further assist tourists throughout their travel experience. By enhancing the efficiency of transport and logistics, this initiative aims to significantly improve the mobility and comfort of visitors during their stay.
Conclusion
With the expansion of this luggage delivery service, international tourists can enjoy exploring Japan without the discomfort of lugging around heavy bags. This initiative marks a significant step in making Japan a more tourist-friendly destination, catering to the needs of travelers while promoting a more enjoyable and relaxed experience during their stay.
