This appointment marks a pivotal step in Formedics' ongoing effort to establish itself as a leader in facilitating engagement and peer learning within the healthcare community.
Mr. Mullins brings a wealth of experience to the table, with over two decades in senior financial roles, specifically within high-growth organizations. His extensive background in finance and strategic analysis is expected to play a crucial role in Formedics' aspirations to optimize its financial strategies and make informed investment decisions. Reporting directly to CEO Greg Jackson, Mullins will focus on driving financial planning and analysis, while implementing process improvements that promote greater operational efficiencies.
CEO Greg Jackson expressed enthusiasm for Mullins’ arrival, stating, “Jeff's track record of providing best-in-class financial support for companies during periods of significant growth makes him an ideal fit for Formedics. Before joining Formedics, Mullins held the CFO position at Cadmium, a technology provider specializing in event management and continuing education solutions. His time there saw him not only stabilize the finance and accounting teams but also develop a robust sales operations team. Furthermore, as Senior Vice President at First Advantage, a leader in background screening, he contributed to the company's consistent growth and evolution, including its transition from private to publicly traded status.
“I am thrilled to be joining Formedics at such an exciting time of dynamic growth,” said Mullins. “By expanding the finance function to provide key strategic insights and analysis, we can better support the company in its commitment to innovating the ever-evolving health information sector.”
