Renowned for his expertise in technology policy and R&D management, Dr. Chang has held several impressive leadership roles, including Deputy Executive Secretary of the Executive Yuan's Science and Technology Group, as well as Chairman of the Nanotechnology and Micro System Association. His tenure at NTU included positions as Secretary General and Executive Vice President, further showcasing his academic and professional prowess.
