The top three cities in the "eHeya Net Comfortable Living Ranking 2025" are all located in Miyagi Prefecture:

Rifu Town made notable strides, jumping to second place thanks to its impressive score in the "liveliness" category. The top five cities in this year's rankings are all from Miyagi Prefecture, with each earning high evaluation scores of 70 or more.

Sendai City secured the first place for the sixth consecutive year, followed by:
