Gaurav Baveja comes to Somos with a wealth of experience gleaned from over 25 years in financial and operational leadership roles within both private and public technology and telecommunications firms. He has built a reputation for his collaborative and data-driven approach to management, steering organizations through phases of growth, transformation, and strategic evolution.

His most recent roles include serving as CFO and COO of Vonage's Applications Group, where he honed the corporate strategy and directed integration processes post-merger and acquisition (M&A). Moreover, he took the lead as CFO of a video AI start-up, driving its expansion into the US market, and most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ValorC3 (Tonaquint) Data Centers, guiding the company through a substantial period of organizational and strategic growth.
