One of the highlights of this month's menu is the Truffle-Infused Salmon and Mushroom Cream Pasta priced at ¥1,180 (tax included ¥1,298).
This dish features succulent salmon seasoned with fragrant garlic oil and truffle salt, paired with a variety of mushrooms, including maitake and shimeji, all enveloped in a rich and creamy sauce. The cream sauce is further enhanced with the umami of onions and mushrooms, creating a harmonious blend that complements the salmon perfectly. Topped with grated Grana Padano cheese, the dish delivers a perfect blend of creaminess and the decadent aroma of truffles, a true taste of autumn.

Crispy Maitake Fritters with Truffle Salt and Lemon


Alongside the pasta, diners will also find the Crispy Maitake Fritters available for just ¥390 (tax included ¥429). This exciting menu will be available at 507 locations throughout Japan (as of August 28) but will not be served at airport outlets. The September Gourmet offerings are expected to conclude by late September, so diners are encouraged to visit their nearest Cocos restaurant to embrace the flavors of autumn.
