Maesa Launches Year Three of the Magic Incubator to Support New Beauty Entrepreneurs

Maesa Magic Incubator Year 3 Launch

Maesa, a leader in the beauty industry known for its innovative approach, has officially kicked off Year 3 of its renowned Maesa Magic Incubator program. Open for applications as of June 25, 2025, this initiative continues to empower aspiring beauty and wellness entrepreneurs from underrepresented communities. The incubator aims to support founders who typically face barriers in the booming beauty market.

Supporting Emerging Entrepreneurs

Designed specifically for businesses with sales under $1 million, the Maesa Magic Incubator provides a unique opportunity for growth without the pressure of traditional funding requirements. Each selected entrepreneur receives significant support in various forms:
  • - No-strings-attached funding: Each winner will receive $35,000 in grant funding to help spur their business growth.
  • - Tailored mentorship: Participants benefit from personalized guidance tailored to address the specific challenges of their businesses. Mentors will provide hands-on support and advice through regular interactions and fireside chats featuring industry leaders.
  • - In-person events: The program includes admission to prestigious events like the Emerson University program focusing on the future of commerce and work, and a fully paid trip to Cosmoprof North America in Miami, where entrepreneurs can network and learn from industry veterans.

A Commitment to Diversity

Maesa’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment in the beauty industry is a central tenet of the incubator. Eligible entrepreneurs include women, BIPOC individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, seniors (65+), differently abled persons, and those from low-income backgrounds. The program not only recognizes but actively seeks to rectify the access gap that many face. During its first two years, the program has awarded over $200,000 in funding and successfully graduated six entrepreneurs who have gone on to make impressive strides in their respective fields.

Success Stories

Among the graduates of previous cohorts are Jadis Montijo from Motivo Scar Care, Marsha McBain of Trinoli, and Aziza El Wanni of The Potion Studio, showcasing the successful outcomes of the program. Piyush Jain, Ceo of Maesa, emphasized that, “there's no shortage of talent, only a shortage of access.” His assertion reflects the core philosophy driving the incubator’s mission to identify, nurture and uplift emerging beauty talent.

How to Apply

Applications for the Maesa Magic Incubator are currently open and will remain so until August 6, 2025. Interested entrepreneurs can visit Maesa's website to apply. This initiative represents not just funding but an entire ecosystem of support designed to enhance the chances of success for those who might otherwise struggle to find their footing.
