Introducing Yayoi Ken's New Store in Hitachi Taga: A Fusion of Tradition and Innovation

Yayoi Ken Hitachi Taga Store: Grand Opening Announcement

On January 9th, 2025, at 10:00 AM, Yayoi Ken will inaugurate its new restaurant at Hitachi Taga. This addition brings the total number of Yayoi Ken locations in Japan to 365. With a design that embodies a 'premium' image, the new venue reflects the latest developments in the brand's aesthetic.

Modern Yet Traditional Design

The restaurant’s interior showcases freshly unveiled branding elements, including a logo and symbol mark crafted to create a sophisticated atmosphere. The logo utilizes a modern Ming-style font that harmonizes seamlessly with both Japanese characters and Latin letters. This design choice ensures that customers can instantly recognize the Yayoi Ken brand, regardless of their cultural background.

Incorporating historical motifs, the wallpaper draws inspiration from the origins of the name Yayoi Ken, portraying a connection to the past while maintaining a contemporary flair. The entrance features a noren (traditional fabric dividers) that not only enhances visual appeal but also pays homage to the sense of warmth associated with Japanese dining.

Enhanced Dining Experience

To offer patrons a leisurely dining experience, Yayoi Ken Hitachi Taga has integrated technology into the dining process. Tables are equipped with tablet devices, allowing guests to browse the menu at their own pace and place orders without pressure. Furthermore, a drink bar provides a space for relaxation, featuring unlimited servings of rice, stock, and pickles through the Okawari-dokoro, a dedicated area for refills.

This restaurant does not just serve meals; it creates an experience designed to be savored.
