Pacaso Strengthens Leadership Team with New Appointments for Marketing and Acquisitions

Pacaso, the prominent real estate co-ownership firm for second homes, has made significant strides in bolstering its executive leadership team by appointing Laura Vestal as the Vice President of Marketing and Myles Phillips as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets. These strategic hires reflect Pacaso's ambition to reinforce its growth strategy as it scales its co-ownership offering in prime second home markets worldwide.

New Leadership Brings Expertise

Laura Vestal joins the team with over a decade of deep experience in establishing and evolving marketing frameworks for high-growth organizations. Previously, she served as Head of Marketing at DOOR, formerly known as Latch, where she successfully oversaw the brand's transformation and introduced new products that contributed to growth. Vestal also has experience in overseeing marketing strategies at INVISIBLY, a Founders Fund-backed startup. Her solid foundation in both client-side and agency marketing with notable Fortune 500 brands equips her with unique insights to steer Pacaso’s brand forward.

Expressing her enthusiasm about joining Pacaso, Vestal shared, "The ethos of Pacaso resonates with me—it’s about enabling individuals to create unforgettable experiences in cherished places with loved ones. This is a brand built on principles that go beyond mere transactions. I’m excited to develop a cohesive marketing strategy that amplifies this vision."

At Pacaso, Vestal will lead efforts to transform the owner experience holistically across various touchpoints, earning their trust. She has already initiated the design of an AI-driven marketing model that uniquely blends brand identity, data, and the owner experience as the company expands globally.

Myles Phillips, on the other hand, brings a wealth of experience from the institutional real estate sector, underpinning his role focusing on acquisitions and capital markets. He began his career in investment banking at UBS before transitioning into real estate private equity with GI Partners. Most recently, he was involved with Tishman Speyer, a globally recognized real estate owner-operator, contributing to high-impact initiatives including the refinancing of iconic locations like Rockefeller Center.

Phillips conveyed his excitement about utilizing a structured approach to enhance Pacaso's market strategy, commenting, "Pacaso is introducing a level of sophistication to an otherwise fragmented industry. I'm thrilled to leverage my real estate investment experience to drive growth and extend our reach both geographically and financially."

Since their onboarding, both Vestal and Phillips have been focusing on their respective areas—Vestal on cultivating meaningful relationships with owners and enhancing brand loyalty, while Phillips is dedicated to driving acquisitions that deepen Pacaso's existing market presence and exploring new avenues in both the domestic and international arenas.
