As part of the revamped executive structure, the following appointments were announced:

Previously with Nomura Securities, Yuki has a varied background in senior management roles in various companies, notably in finance and strategic planning. In March 2026, he will join Thinca as CFO.

Toru Uenaka, Head of Business Planning

  • - Background: An economics graduate from Kobe University, Toru entered the workforce at Dentsu International Information Services in 1999. He has extensive experience in business planning and marketing with large corporations. Toru was also instrumental at NaviPlus in developing SaaS solutions. He came on board at Thinca in June 2025.

Eiichi Yanagida, Head of Mobility Division

  • - Background: After graduating from Meiji University, Eiichi spent seven years with Recruit, focused on corporate sales in recruitment. Following a lengthy tenure at Sansan, he contributed to SaaS offerings and business development across several startups. He joins Thinca's executive team with an extensive network and relevant experience since June 2025.
