From June 1, 2026, MICASADECO AND CAFE and MICASADECO THE PARK will launch new seasonal pancakes perfect for summer, featuring the luxurious flavors of fruit. This year, guests can enjoy two delightful creations: the "Fresh Mango and Pineapple Coconut Fluffy Pancake" and the "Peach and Lemon Refreshing Yogurt Cream Pancake." Additionally, other refreshing options will be available, including the "Chunky Pineapple Tea Soda" and the "Lavender-Infused Matcha Latte."
Fresh Mango and Pineapple Coconut Fluffy Pancake
Priced at 2,150 yen (tax included), this special pancake is made with fluffy pancakes topped generously with fresh mango and pineapple. The pancakes are coated in toasted coconut, adding a nice crunchy texture. A special jam made from mango and yellow peach is sandwiched in between, and the dish is finished off with a delightful mango ice cream on top. Guests can enhance their experience by adding the provided mango sauce and coconut custard cream to enjoy varying flavors with each bite.
