An Innovative Partnership: Toyo Gakuen University and Darts Live
In a fascinating collaboration, Toyo Gakuen University's Graduate School of Modern Management, led by Associate Professor Takuo Ando, has embarked on a partnership project with Darts Live, Inc., aiming to kick off in May 2025. The project is in full swing as students prepare for their final proposals set for September. This initiative represents a merging of academia and industry, with students tasked with proposing innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the darts industry.
The kickoff event took place on May 26 at the TOGAKU SHOWCASE in Toyo Gakuen's Main Building. Naoyuki Shima, the Director of Services at Darts Live, provided an insightful talk on the company's operations and the current state of the darts market. Attendees learned that Darts Live's dart machines are played over 16 million times a month in Japan.
