In December 2025, a remarkable event will take place in Harajuku, Tokyo, as a total of 70 companies from across Japan gather for the food market and business negotiation event, titled Shikohin-ten. Organized by Blue Marble/Diamond Head Co., this vibrant event will run from December 12 to December 14 at the WITH HARAJUKU HALL. Participants will enjoy a myriad of Japanese food and beverages while experiencing new food cultures and meeting the producers behind these culinary delights.

The event aims to emphasize the connections between producers and businesses, creating opportunities for networking and negotiations. Attendees will have the chance to taste and purchase a wide variety of products, all while exploring the rich stories and dedication behind each offering.

3. Augmented Culinary Experiences: Tide&Taste, founded by the Japan Food Research Institute, presents a private brand developed alongside current chefs, merging the convenience of supermarkets with the charm of select shops, thereby introducing surprising and enriching food options.
