This Christmas, the exquisite French bistro, natuRe tokyo, located within the lush surroundings of Meiji Park, is offering its limited-time Noël Course from December 8th to 25th. This exceptional dining experience, created by the esteemed chef Nae Ogawa, is in collaboration with ZETTON Inc., known for its dedication to high-quality dining and sustainability.

What is the Noël Course?


The Noël Course is a thoughtfully curated six-course meal that combines eye-catching presentations with rich and flavorful dishes meant to celebrate the holiday season. The ambiance of the restaurant is transformed into a romantic setting adorned with candlelight, offering guests an unforgettable experience with their loved ones.

Course Highlights:


  • - Island Style Amuse 4Elements: The dining adventure begins with a beautiful plate featuring four types of stylish finger foods. It includes a creatively adapted pani puri inspired by the sister restaurant, natuRe waikiki, along with bite-sized ahi poke and the chef's specialty chicken liver mousse eclairs.

  • - Hors d'oeuvre - Ruby Salad: This gorgeous salad is inspired by the colors of Christmas, artfully combining treviso, beets, and burrata cheese with seasonal strawberries and duck ham, all enhanced by a sweet-and-sour vinaigrette.

  • - Poisson - Garlic Shrimp: A dish showcasing creativity, featuring a single prawn grilled over charcoal, transformed into garlic shrimp. The accompanying sauce made with fish sauce adds an ethnic nuance to the flavors.

  • - Chef's Specialty Risotto: A rich risotto made using locally sourced abalone and turnip, both roasted over wood-fire. The dish incorporates smoked turnip greens into the risotto sauce, culminating in a deeply flavorful experience that’s unforgettable.

  • - Main - Grilled Beef Fillet: Carefully cooked over wood fire, the main course showcases the tender fillet of a mature cow, served with a choice of rich truffle sauce for added depth of flavor.

Event Details


  • - Service Dates: December 8th (Monday) to December 25th (Thursday)
  • - Price: 15,000 JPY (tax included) for six courses. From December 23rd to 25th, the price will be 17,000 JPY (tax included).
  • - Pairing Options: Alcohol pairing of five drinks is available for an additional 5,500 JPY, or a non-alcoholic pairing of four drinks for 4,000 JPY.

Chef Nae Ogawa’s Profile


Nae Ogawa was born in Tokyo in 1992 and graduated from the Hattori Nutrition School. Starting her career at NARISAWA in Aoyama, she later honed her craft in Michelin-starred establishments in New York and Paris. As a sous chef at PARIS.HAWAII, she received recognition, including the Gold Egg and Takiguchi Awards in 2019 at the RED U-35 event.
