Farizon Launches Global Parts Distribution Center to Enhance International After-Sales Support
Farizon Launches Global Parts Distribution Center
In a significant strategic move, Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle Group inaugurated its global parts distribution center on July 19, 2026. This new facility marks a pivotal expansion of Farizon’s international after-sales infrastructure, with the primary aim of bolstering customer support for both customers and distribution partners across the globe.
The inauguration event saw participation from representatives of international business, supply chain, and operational teams from Farizon, as well as executives from Geely Auto Group's logistics, supply, and parts departments. The establishment of the new center will coordinate parts resources for Farizon’s international operations, leading to improved inventory management, reduced delivery times, and enhanced reliability of parts supplies. It will adequately address the fast-paced demands of local markets, as Farizon continues to expand its presence in international commercial vehicle segments.
Aligned with the overarching global strategy called “One Geely,” this center also leverages the logistical, warehousing, and supply capacities that are part of the broader automotive operations within Geely. This collaboration among the divisions for passenger and commercial vehicles aims to optimize resource utilization, operational standards, and synergy across the international service network.
It is crucial for commercial vehicle operators to have reliable access to spare parts since vehicle uptime directly influences business productivity and operational expenses. By strengthening its global distribution capacity for spare parts, Farizon aims to provide customers with consistent support throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Cook Xue, CEO of Farizon Auto International, stated, “The launch of our global parts distribution center is an important step toward enhancing our capabilities in international customer support. As we grow our global business, we continue to invest in the essential infrastructure required to provide reliable, responsive, and locally adapted after-sales services.”
Farizon plans to further expand its global service network in accordance with the demands of fleet operators, distributors, and service partners. The company's goal is to enhance vehicle uptime, improve ownership experience, and offer scalable after-sales support alongside the growth of its international activities. The implementation of this new initiative is expected to allow for a smarter and faster response to local and global customer needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible service related to their commercial vehicles.
With the establishment of this global distribution center, Farizon is set to redefine the landscape of after-sales support in the commercial vehicle industry, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized and operational efficiencies are realized across borders. As the company navigates its global aspirations, it is poised to become a key player in the international market, not only through innovative vehicle technology but also through robust after-sales services that cater to diverse customer needs.
