Kokubunji Marui, a branch of Marui Co., Ltd., located in Nakano, Tokyo, is excited to announce the launch of a community co-creation event called 'I LOVE Kokubunji'. This vibrant event, hosted in the 1F Calendar program area of the mall, aims to celebrate the unique charm of Kokubunji City through various local products and culinary creations.

What is 'I LOVE Kokubunji'?

Kokubunji Marui is dedicated to fostering community collaboration. During this event, students from local elementary and high schools have teamed up with renowned eateries to create exciting dishes using Kokubunji-grown vegetables and fruits, known as 'Kokubeji'. Visitors can enjoy a variety of offerings, including salad bowls, curry, and exquisite sweets.

Additionally, the event will feature specialty products from Sado City, Kokubunji's sister city in Niigata Prefecture, along with the simultaneous 'Kokubeji Festival'. This festival will include vegetable and fruit sales and engaging workshops, allowing attendees to dive deep into Kokubunji’s agricultural bounty.
