Having graduated from university, Mr. Takahashi began his career at Intage, focusing on market research processes and CRM. He later joined Nissan in 2003 and has since served in numerous roles, including senior advisor and project lead. His expertise spans market research methodologies and analytics, alongside business process transformations.

Keita Saito (Facilitator)
Mr. Saito is the President of Japan Information Inc. He has a robust background in marketing research and has been instrumental in various projects from planning to analysis. Additionally, he serves as a director at the Japan Marketing Research Association and as a guest professor at iU, a university specializing in information management.
