Her prior experience also includes serving as a UI Industry Consultant at FAST Enterprises, where she specialized in nurturing sales relationships across various government agencies and advising executive leadership on market intelligence and engagement strategies. Cates holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Thomas Edison State University in New Jersey.
