Buffalo's Triumph in the Government IT System Satisfaction Survey
Buffalo, a leading provider of IT solutions based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has achieved an impressive milestone. The company has been awarded the top rank in the storage category of the Nikkei BP Government Technology Satisfaction Survey for 2025-2026, marking its second consecutive year in this prestigious position. This achievement highlights the exceptional performance of Buffalo’s products and the high level of satisfaction among its clients in the public sector.
The satisfaction survey, conducted by Nikkei BP, covered various aspects including performance, reliability, usability, cost, support, and willingness to continue using the products. Buffalo stood out by achieving ratings that surpassed the average across all these categories. Specifically, the company’s TeraStation series of NAS (Network Attached Storage) solutions, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, played a crucial role in earning this recognition.
