About the Speakers
Harutaro Yamazaki
As the President and Creative Director at Seitaro Design, Yamazaki has a deep commitment to transforming society through design. Under his leadership, the company has collaborated with various ministries and organizations to tackle social issues through design interventions. Notable projects include working on the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and various initiatives aimed at promoting carbon neutrality and disaster recovery.
Yamazaki has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Good Design Award and the Nikkei MJ Advertising Award. He has also served as a judge for numerous design competitions and has recently ventured into contemporary art, showcasing his work internationally. For more information, visit

Tomoshi Miyakawa
Miyakawa, the President of Seitaro Design Kanazawa, has a diverse background in architectural design and interior spaces. After founding multiple design firms, he established Seitaro Design Kanazawa in 2016, focusing on innovative public spaces. His recent work includes the transformation of abandoned homes into community-oriented facilities, like the mixed-use
