Celebrate the Festive Season with Four Seasons Tokyo's Christmas Treats in 2025

Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi 2025 Christmas Celebration

As the festive season approaches, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi is gearing up to delight guests with its exclusive 2025 Christmas offerings. Starting from October 1, 2025, the hotel will accept reservations for the stunning 'Snow Crystal (スノークリスタル)' Christmas cake and three varieties of traditional stollen.

The 'Snow Crystal' Cake

Inspired by the delicate beauty of snowflakes, the 'Snow Crystal' cake is an elegant representation of winter, priced at ¥8,000. It is designed for sharing, featuring a rich combination of white chocolate and strawberries based on traditional European recipes. Renowned French pastry chef Michele Abatemarco, who has received a Michelin star for five consecutive years, oversees the creation of this exquisite dessert, which balances flavors with a medley of strawberries from France, cinnamon, cassis, and crunchy pistachios to create a multilayered taste experience.

The cake's distinctive design is reminiscent of snowflakes, adorned with white chocolate powder, making it visually captivating whether served individually or shared. Upon slicing, the vibrant Christmas colors of pink, red, and white are revealed in stunning layers, while the decorative snowflake chocolate on top enhances the festive spirit.

Traditional Stollen Variants

Available for ¥3,500, each stollen is meticulously baked to honor the cherished Christmas tradition from Europe. The texture is moist and flavorful thanks to the buttery dough infused with a variety of fruits, including pistachios, almonds, raisins, figs, cranberries, and oranges. Finishing touches include a delectable coating of high-quality wasanbon sugar for an elegant sweetness.

This year, a new matcha stollen variant has been introduced, featuring adzuki beans and soybeans, perfect for those looking for a unique twist on the traditional recipe. With the flavors deepening over time, each slice of stollen promises a delicious prelude to Christmas celebrations.

Limited-Time Christmas Pastry Shop

In addition, a holiday pastry shop will pop up at THE LOUNGE from December 19 to December 23, 2025. Guests can enjoy an array of Christmas sweets created by the talented pastry chefs at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi. This is an excellent opportunity to treat yourself or find unique gifts for friends and family during the holiday season as no reservations are required. Popular items include:
