Hisense's Groundbreaking Innovations at IFA 2026

Hisense, the globally recognized leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, recently unveiled its latest range of innovative technologies at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The event served as a platform for showcasing advancements in visual and auditory technology under the theme "Innovations for a Better Life." Their goal is to enhance viewer experiences by combining vibrant image quality, eye comfort, and immersive sound for an elevated home entertainment experience.

During the IFA Innovation Awards, Hisense received accolades in several categories, with the Hisense UX1 soundbar hailed as a standout winner. Additionally, products like the 116UXS miniLED TV, UR8 television, REGZA RGB ZX series, and XR10 laser projector were recognized for their cutting-edge features.

One highlight is the Hisense 116UXS television, making its debut in Europe. This model represents a significant progression in MiniLED backlighting technology with Chromagic 2.0. Its innovative four-color backlighting includes a unique cyan light source alongside red, green, and blue components, achieving an impressive color gamut of 110% BT.2020. Certifications from Pantone for RGB MiniLED and Pantone Color further endorse its performance, complementing the stunning brightness of up to 10,000 nits combined with Hi-View AI RGB technology and an Obsidian panel that assures accurate colors, contrast, and depth for a realistic viewing experience.

The 116UXS model also integrates advanced color performance with hardware-level eye comfort solutions. Its blue light reduction technology provides an enjoyable viewing experience without compromising image quality, earning TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification. Notably, all RGB MiniLED screen models for 2026, including the UR9S and UR8S, have received TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification. This validates that eye-friendly displays have become standard across Hisense’s product line, extending beyond flagship models.

At the event, Hisense and TÜV Rheinland celebrated their collaboration and achievements in certification with notable attendees, including Henk Pieters, Senior VP at TÜV Rheinland, and Sonny Ming, General Manager of TV Product Marketing at Hisense Global Commercial Center. Ming emphasized that TÜV Rheinland's certification objectively verifies the comfort of viewing Hisense RGB MiniLED TVs. He reiterated the company's commitment to enhancing display innovations that merge brilliant colors with increased eye comfort.

Hisense's dedication to viewing comfort extends into its line of laser products as well. The XR10 laser projector, PX4 Pro laser cinema, and L9Q Pro laser TV have all received TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort certification, showcasing Hisense's commitment to creating immersive large-screen entertainment experiences. Furthermore, the introduction of the world's first Field Sequential Display (FSD) architecture at IFA 2026 marks a significant advancement in LCD technology. This innovation allows for sequential display of red, green, and blue image components, greatly improving brightness, color clarity, energy efficiency, and refresh rates of up to 360 Hz compared to traditional LCD panels.

In addition to display and projection technology, Hisense presented soundbars, speakers, and headphones. The UX1 soundbar combines an 11.2.6 channel audio experience with Dolby Atmos and DTS technologies, providing an engaging audiovisual experience perfectly integrated with selected Hisense televisions. The open, fully wireless Hisense HiClips headphones weigh a mere 5.5 grams per headphone and showcase a flexible design ensuring comfort for all-day wear.

These innovations illustrate a vision for a more comfortable, colorful, and immersive home entertainment ecosystem by Hisense, ultimately enhancing the joy of everyday experiences.
