A Unique Campaign on the Tohoku Expressway


Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan, led by CEO Karin Dragan, and NEXCO East Japan, headed by CEO Hideo Yoshimi, are joining forces to unveil a groundbreaking campaign. Starting from October 1st through November 30th, 2025, they will launch a special collaboration along the Tohoku Expressway, making this the first campaign utilizing the Coke ON app on highways.

About the Campaign


The campaign will feature unique promotional posters displayed at designated vending machines on the service and parking areas of the Tohoku Expressway, specifically between Urawa IC and Chikuyū IC. These vending machines offer Coca-Cola products through the official Coke ON app. Users who purchase their favorite drinks will receive not only the regular stamps but also unique original stamps inspired by the service area signage. There are a total of eight designs available (seven main designs plus one secret design), which will be awarded randomly to participants.

Collect Exclusive Stamps


Participants are encouraged to collect these original Coke ON stamps during the campaign. The exciting designs reflect the unique characteristics of the service areas along the E4 Tohoku Expressway. This initiative aims to enhance the customer experience while traveling along one of Japan’s most crucial expressway corridors.

  • - Duration: The campaign runs from October 1, 2025, at 00:00 to November 30, 2025, at 23:59.
  • - How it Works: To participate, travelers need to use the Coke ON app to purchase Coca-Cola products from machines displaying the campaign posters. For each purchase, an exclusive stamp will be rewarded along with the standard stamp.
  • - Designs: The exclusive stamps will be thematic, designed to resonate with the aesthetic of the service area signage, contributing a fun and collectible aspect to the campaign.

What is Coke ON?


Coke ON is Coca-Cola's official smartphone application that rewards users for their purchases. By collecting 15 stamps in the app, customers can earn a drink ticket to redeem for a free Coca-Cola product of their choice at participating vending machines. As of September 2025, this app has surpassed 67 million downloads and is operational at approximately 520,000 vending machines across Japan.
