This campaign seeks to deepen the connection between employees and management, enhancing overall business operations in the process. As part of this initiative, NN Life will provide an all-expenses-paid trip for up to five companies (with a maximum of 100 participants) determined through a lottery.

The campaign aims to be a catalyst for building better relationships among employees and a more cohesive workplace environment.

Eligibility


This campaign is open to small and medium enterprises that wish to enhance their internal communication. Participants must be willing to share photos from their trip and have management or successors who can participate in interviews conducted by NN Life.

  • - NN Life Award (5 Companies): Custom-designed employee trip (worth up to 100,000 JPY per participant, with a maximum of 20 participants)
  • - Special Award (300 Companies): Special 40th Anniversary Tea Set for all registered participants

Trip Details for NN Life Award:


  • - Eligible Dates for Travel: May 11, 2026 – July 31, 2026.
  • - Travel Plans: Domestic trips (either a 1-night stay or day trip).
  • - Custom Itinerary: Winners will provide their travel preferences, and NN Life will collaborate with JTB (Japan Travel Bureau) to develop a personalized travel experience.

Important Considerations:


  • - This campaign has no purchase or contract obligations regarding NN Life's products or services.
  • - Companies may apply only once. The maximum number of participants is limited to 20 (including both management and employees).
  • - Participation must reflect commitment to fostering employee engagement through shared experiences.
  • - Additional attendees beyond the maximum may be accommodated at the company's expense.
  • - All arrangements for the trip are managed by JTB, which will engage with winning companies post-selection.
  • - Selected random dates might be impacted by public holiday schedules or other factors.
  • - Award rights are not transferable, and any cancellations will void the winning privilege.
