This fall, Amrit Ocean Resort on Singer Island transforms the dining experience with the introduction of five distinct oceanfront venues, each crafted to celebrate the art of healthy indulgence. With the expertise of Chef Craig Tooker, recognized for his remarkable background in fine dining, the resort aims to redefine how guests enjoy meals that are both flavorful and health-conscious.

1. AYRE by Karma
AYRE marks the expansion of Washington D.C.’s acclaimed Karma Modern Indian, offering a menu fusing Ayurvedic principles with modern Indian culinary techniques. Diners can experience unique dishes like lobster masala and Amritsari snapper, while also engaging with a carefully curated tasting menu that allows for varying experiences across three, five, or seven courses. Each dish highlights the rich tapestry of Indian spices, promoting a journey steeped in culture and wellness.

2. TAAZA
Drawing inspiration from glamorous European beach clubs, TAAZA presents an elegant, open-air dining experience characterized by a delightful Mediterranean menu.
