This dessert features a crunchy layer of roasted almond paste, complemented by cherry and blackcurrant confiture. The combination of the nutty almond flavor, refreshing Amaretto aroma, and tartness of cherries create a complex depth of chocolate goodness. It is available from March 7 to May 31.

Lulu Miel

The Lulu Miel cake combines the fragrant notes of Earl Grey-infused milk chocolate mousse with a layer of honey lemon mousse and lemon cream.
