Cosmopolitan Campus 2026 workshop, organized by
KCJ GROUP, is set to take place on
March 27, 28, and 30, 2026. This exciting event not only offers free admission but also engages students in an immersive exploration of planetary formation and the existence of extraterrestrial life.
Participant Enrollment Period
Enrollment for this captivating workshop begins on
December 18, 2025, and will continue until
February 1, 2026. This initiative aims to inspire curiosity and creativity among young learners as they embark on a scientific journey through the cosmos.
Workshop Focus
Throughout the three-day program, students will confront profound questions about the universe, such as:
- - How are planets and galaxies formed?
- - Is there life beyond Earth?
By integrating scientific inquiry with artistic expression, the workshop seeks to foster a mindset of exploration and creativity in participants. During this program, students will be encouraged to deepen their understanding and articulate their learning creatively.
Expert Guest Speakers
Adding to the excitement,
Professor Yasushi Nakamoto from the Tokyo Science University will give a keynote lecture, providing insights into planetary sciences and the latest discoveries in the field. Participants will also learn about various expression techniques from
Taichiro Katayose, head of Kodansha's Children and Educational Publishing Division, gradually unfolding the potential of artistic representation as a tool for communication. Additionally,
Ruriko Akimoto from the Tokyo University of the Arts will guide students in expressing their ideas through art, culminating in a collaborative project.

On the last day of the workshop, students will have the chance to showcase their learnings and insights in a presentation event titled
