Campaign Overview

To incentivize participation, we are offering a choice of:

- 30 minutes of garden mowing
- 30 minutes of water area cleaning

- Aftercare Counseling: We provide regular counseling to prevent recurrence of messes.

Our Process

Our service process is straightforward:
1. Consultation: Reach out for inquiries via LINE, email, or phone regarding cleaning needs, unwanted item disposal, or counseling.
2. Assessment and Estimate: We will visit your location, assess the situation, and provide an estimate. For urgent cases, we can also offer preliminary estimates based on photos.
3. Formal Application: If you agree with our estimate, we’ll schedule the service accordingly.
4. Initial Greeting: On the scheduled day, we greet you and confirm the cleaning tasks.
5. Cleaning Work: We manage all tasks from decluttering, organizing, to cleaning in one go.
6. Final Cleaning: We ensure all dust and debris are cleared. Additional thorough cleaning can be requested.
7. Final Check and Payment: After completing the tasks, we’ll confirm that everything is satisfactory before you make payment. Cashless payment options are available.

Founder Experience

The journey of leading the cleaning service began with a background in hotel housekeeping. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the hospitality industry faced significant downturns, directing me towards working in hoarding cleanouts. Though my prior experience involved dealing with relatively clean environments, the reality of extreme messiness was shocking. Yet, the goal of cleaning remained the same. This allowed me to realize my strengths in house cleaning, particularly in sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, leading to this venture.

Noteworthy Cleanup Experiences

1. Cat Hoarding

Assisting the family of a retired university professor who suffered from cognitive decline, we found a home devastated by cat waste. The property was in dire need of assistance for cleanup.

2. Cockroach Infestation

One of our toughest cases involved a home with a garbage wall at the entrance. Entering required scaling over cluttered walls, creating a perfect breeding ground for pests.

3. Medical Professional's Mess

Notably, we’ve encountered many healthcare workers struggling with their living conditions, likely exacerbated by pandemic stress.
