Exclusive One-Day Event to Order Your Unique Custom Cameo Jewelry

On May 18, we invite you to an exclusive one-day event to create your very own original motif cameo. With over 100 unique cameos available, this event is a fantastic opportunity for jewelry lovers and art enthusiasts alike.
If you have a favorite character or symbol, you can have it intricately carved into a cameo, bringing it to life in an exquisite piece of jewelry that acts as a personal amulet.

The cameo as we know it has roots that trace back to ancient Greece, where these pieces symbolized faith and protection against calamities, carrying the forms of revered gods as personal keepsakes. This event not only pays homage to that rich history but also allows the creation of personalized designs that serve as modern amulets for attendees.

A Fusion of Tradition and Modernity

Cameos have often been associated with sophisticated jewelry or antique pieces. However, our custom order event blends ancient Greek techniques with contemporary design sensibilities, alongside personal motifs that represent what is meaningful to you. The result is elegant jewelry that enhances everyday casual outfits with a touch of sophistication. Our talented designer will work with you to bring your ideas to life, sketching out your unique design while you share your vision for the piece.

Masterful Carvings

The artistry involved in creating these cameos is exceptional. The carvings will be executed by top-tier sculptors known as "Maestro" in the renowned cameo workshops of Torre del Greco, Italy. One of the highlighted designs is inspired by the wings of the Winged Victory of Samothrace, created by the talented female artist Carla Yannakone. This sculpture, discovered in 1863 on the island of Samothrace, symbolizes victory and grace, and its intricate design can add a touch of elegance to your everyday style.

The customizable nature of the cameos allows you to select the shape, size, and motif that speaks most to you, whether it be a personal pet or your favorite anime character. By bringing a photo, you can ensure that the details are faithfully represented in the carving, making the final piece a truly unique tribute.

Durable and Timeless Materials

Concerns about the durability and fading of cameo jewelry are common, given that it is crafted from shell. The shells used in cameos undergo a rigorous process: they are sun-dried for six months and then stored for ten years to eliminate moisture. This ensures that the colors remain vibrant for up to 100 years. Each shell possesses unique colors and textures, ensuring that no two cameos are identical. This distinctiveness inspires our artisans to infuse their own creative touch into every carving.

The event will showcase over 100 pieces of jewelry designed by masters, encompassing everything from casual motifs to classical art pieces. Unlike traditional jewelry stores that have many intermediaries involved, our process allows for direct procurement and production without the added costs, making these exquisite pieces more accessible to you.

Join us to learn more about the history and characteristics of cameos with expert Shimizu, who has been involved in importing Italian cameos for years. You will gain insights into this timeless art while exploring options for your own custom creation.
