Effective January 1, 2025, Sandeep Guleria has been promoted to Partner and Dave Calamai to Managing Director. Guleria's current responsibilities include overseeing investments in firms like Gigamon and Newfold Digital, reflecting his significant understanding of the industry's landscape. On the other hand, Calamai will manage investments in BearCom and Electronics for Imaging, demonstrating his capacity for discerning viable investment opportunities.

In addition to recognizing Guleria and Calamai, Siris also announced several other promotions aimed at rewarding strong performance and providing pathways for growth within the firm. Kevin O'Brien, Grant Weisberg, and Jared Nadan have all been elevated to Principal positions on the investment team, while Matt Montaquila and Melissa Erchick have been promoted to Vice President.
