In a significant milestone for the customer experience sector, Foundever®, a global leader in Customer Experience (CX) solutions, inaugurated a new contact center in Luxor, Upper Egypt. This facility marks the company’s initial foray into offshore CX operations in the region, highlighting its commitment to expanding its footprint in Egypt.

The opening ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including Dr. Amr Talaat, the Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Laurent Uberti, Foundever’s Global CEO and co-founder, along with other top executives from the company. This event underscores Foundever's plans to bolster Egypt's position as a prime destination for CX and IT offshoring.

The Luxor center will start with 200 positions and aims to double this number to 400 full-time employees by December 2026. This initiative is part of Foundever’s broader strategy to generate 5,000 new jobs in Egypt over the next three years, thereby strengthening the country’s reputation as a hub for multilingual outsourcing.

Already well-established in Cairo, with centers in Maadi Technology Park and City Stars Business Complex, Foundever has witnessed remarkable growth, reporting a 115% increase in activity last year while servicing 15 global clients across 14 different languages. This growth reflects Egypt’s potential as a strategic point for outsourcing services.

By establishing its first hub in Upper Egypt, Foundever taps into the local talent pool, offering pathways for career development for young professionals in their home communities.
