About Tohoku Farm


Established in 1917 as a thoroughbred breeding ranch, Tohoku Farm has evolved into a model of sustainable agriculture, utilizing thoroughbred manure for its organic practices. Across its approximately 100 hectares, about 10 hectares are dedicated to growing organic vegetables and herbs, along with their ventures into rice production using the same principles. They also boast a poultry farm producing free-range branded eggs, ensuring a comprehensive farm-to-table experience.

All seasonal ingredients are delivered directly to Hotel Continental Fuchu throughout the year, amounting to about 100 varieties of fresh produce from Tohoku Farm.
