This dish showcases the restaurant's best-selling Ganko hamburger topped with a fiery boot jolokia sauce mixed with tender pulled chicken. Diners can indulge by adding up to three servings of creamy cheese to adjust the heat to their liking. Accompanying this daring dish is a side of pickled cabbage kimchi, intended to complement the significant heat.
