(Representative Director: Toshiichi Kobayashi, Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo) has recently announced the commencement of general recruitment for 'Legacia Ochanomizu', a fractional real estate investment based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Business Act. This investment opportunity is centered on a residential property located in Honjo, Bunkyo Ward, and will be available from May 20, 2025.
