Background of the Marketing Campaign in Chubu


In accordance with its mid-term management plan starting in 2024, Softbrain has identified enhanced customer engagement as vital for its growth. With the slogan 'Success Lies in Customer Interactions,' this marketing strategy revolves around their proprietary CRM/SFA product, e-Sales Manager.

In the past year, the company has undergone a full renewal of its flagship CRM, the e-Sales Manager, alongside introducing various support tools, such as esm service for after-sales service operations, esm marketing for marketing automation, AI concierge for back-office task automation, and other tools that facilitate workflow and no-code development. Through this comprehensive product suite, Softbrain aims to improve productivity across multiple sectors.

In 2025, advancements in AI technology are expected to further elevate business productivity. Responding to the increasing demand in the Chubu and Kansai regions, Softbrain has decided to implement its first large-scale marketing efforts.
