Exciting New Summer Chilled Drinks and Rewards from Famima Local Tax Donation

Exciting Additions to Famima's Local Tax Donation

Famima has recently expanded its "FamiMa Furusato Nozei" (Local Tax Donation) initiative, introducing refreshing summer chilled drink options. As of July 10, 2025, two new municipalities, Ibaraki's Koga City and Yamanashi's Nirasaki City, add to the initiative, expanding it to a total of 14 municipalities and 36 products. The program aims to provide delightful local flavors while supporting regional development.

In response to rising living costs, Famima has introduced two tantalizing chilled drink options: "Low Sugar Cafe Latte" from Koga City and "Tapioca Milk Tea" from Nirasaki City, along with expanding its selection of popular Famimar sweets from 1 to 13 items. This expansion aims to make everyday products even more accessible to customers, reinforcing Famima's commitment to community and regional partnerships.

Municipal Leaders Voice Their Support

Koga City Mayor, Tsunekazu Hariya, expressed enthusiasm about the initiative, highlighting its unique feature that allows residents to pick up gifts at local stores when they want. This convenience, combined with the option for smaller donations, makes the program ideal for newcomers to local tax donation.

Nirasaki City Mayor, Hisashi Naito, shared his excitement for the addition of Nirasaki's beloved tapioca milk tea, hoping it encourages people to learn more about the city and eventually visit.

Campaigns to Maximize Donations

From now until August 31, 2025, Famima is running a campaign that offers a refund of up to 35% on donation amounts made through its Local Tax Donation service. Customers participating in three specific campaigns—including a 10% refund for donations and a special 20% refund for new Famipay registrations—can qualify for this generous offer.

Campaign Details:

  • - Duration: Until August 31, 2025
  • - Refund Conditions: Must meet all campaign conditions and complete donation application.
  • - Reward Distribution Date: Check the campaign page for specifics.
  • - Expiration Dates: See the campaign page for details.

Please note that this campaign may change or end without notice. Also, Famipay may not be widely available at all Famima locations.

Exciting Lottery-based Incentive

In addition, Famima is running a lottery campaign offering up to 8 times the chance to win tickets to a special Takarazuka Revue performance for those using the Local Tax Donation. Customers can collect stamps through in-store payments made via the Famima app—one stamp for each transaction. Donations through the Local Tax Donation program will further enhance the chance to win.

Lottery Details:

  • - Stamp Collection Period: Until August 18, 2025
  • - Application Period: Until August 22, 2025
  • - Winning Notification Date: Around September 19, 2025

Again, be mindful that terms may change or the campaign may end at any time, and some restrictions apply regarding the order of payment sequences.

Sustainability Commitment

Famima emphasizes its motto, "With You, Convenient, Famima," as it continues to strive towards being an essential part of the community. By leveraging its infrastructure, the "Famima Furusato Nozei" initiative not only aids local economies but also minimizes environmental impact by reducing the need for home deliveries and return deliveries.

In summary, with the newly launched drinks and the attractive refund campaign, now is the perfect time to explore the offerings of Famima’s Local Tax Donation service and support local communities. Don't miss the chance to indulge in tasty local delights while contributing to sustainable practices!
