JLL Appoints Amanda Brimmer as CFO, Leasing Advisory and Head of Corporate Development

In a significant organizational change, JLL has announced the appointment of Amanda Brimmer as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Leasing Advisory division and Head of Corporate Development. This strategic appointment is expected to bolster JLL’s financial performance and drive growth initiatives globally.

Brimmer will report directly to Kelly Howe, the current CFO of JLL. Her role will encompass collaborating with business leaders from across the globe, focusing on fostering financial growth and enhancing the overall performance of JLL’s operations. Notably, Brimmer will also spearhead the identification and execution of strategic growth opportunities aimed at not only reinforcing JLL's position as a market leader but also delivering exceptional value to clients on a worldwide scale.

Kelly Howe expressed confidence in Brimmer’s capabilities, stating, "Amanda's extensive finance, professional services, and leadership experience will drive continued growth and enhance profitability." Howe emphasized that Brimmer’s deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and transformational programs will be crucial in optimizing the firm’s assets and leveraging the competitive advantages of JLL's global platform.

Prior to joining JLL, Amanda Brimmer accumulated over two decades of pertinent experience at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she held the position of Managing Director and Senior Partner. At BCG, she led the firm's global Industrial Goods segment, focusing on Private Investors and Private Equity, as well as chairing the Center for Illinois' Future. Her M&A experience is particularly notable, with Brimmer overseeing more than 50 commercial diligence projects annually across different sectors.

Amanda Brimmer holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, she actively contributes to the community by serving as a Director for Easterseals Serving Chicagoland and Greater Rockford, showcasing her commitment to both professional and social responsibilities.
