Who is Ross B. Dickman?



A veteran of the U.S. Army, Dickman brings over two decades of experience in organizational transformation and social impact, having previously served as the CEO of Hire Heroes USA. There, he successfully led efforts that resulted in a staggering 180% increase in revenue, while also expanding services to more than 30,000 clients annually. His leadership at Hire Heroes USA exemplifies his dedication to improving employment outcomes for veterans and military spouses, making him well-versed in the challenges faced by transitioning service members.

Under Dickman’s stewardship, the organization grew its annual revenue to over $30 million, showcasing his skills in driving growth while maintaining a strong commitment to mission-driven objectives. Prior to his role at Hire Heroes USA, he directed the Independence Project, a key initiative aimed at improving employment outcomes for disabled veterans.

To date, the organization has graduated over 12,000 individuals, with more than 70% securing employment or advancing in their education after completion.
