Suits Launches Campaign to Support Social Insurance Labor Offices with Project Management Tool

Suits Announces Support Campaign for Labor Offices

Suits Inc., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has kicked off a promotion aimed at aiding social insurance labor offices through its project management tool, Suit Up. Known for its simplicity and effectiveness, Suit Up allows teams to manage tasks and projects with ease using AI technology.

Campaign Details

The campaign will run from December 5 to December 12, 2025. During this time, three selected social insurance labor offices that apply through the designated contact form will receive three months of free usage of Suit Up. Interested offices should mention "Support Campaign for Labor Offices" in the inquiry section of the form to be eligible.

The Cost of Inefficient Task Management

According to a simulation conducted by Suits, a company with 30 employees could incur costs exceeding 1.19 million yen per month due to inefficient task management practices. This is based on just two eight-minute check-ins per day between supervisors and subordinates. The financial burden can be significantly alleviated by adopting a team task management system that enhances visibility into task progress.

Current Task Management Trends

A recent survey conducted by Nulabo highlighted concerning trends in task management among small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study indicates that while a majority rely on personal management tools like emails (31.2%) and handwritten memos (30.6%), only a small fraction utilizes dedicated task management software (11.7%). Excel and spreadsheets are still commonly used (25.2%) for team task management, reflecting a lag in the adoption of specialized tools.

Due to these findings, Suits aims to promote the adoption of robust task management solutions like Suit Up as a fundamental step in improving labor productivity among SMEs.

Why Suit Up?

Labor offices often juggle multiple responsibilities, including labor consultations, drafting and revising work rules, payroll calculations, and social insurance procedures. Despite the demands, many offices still depend on outdated tools such as Excel. With Suit Up, these teams can optimize their operations, ensuring better information sharing and task management. This translates into fewer missed deadlines, higher-quality work, and greater compliance with regulations.
