PoliPoli and Pijar Foundation's Innovative Initiative
In an ambitious collaboration, PoliPoli, a Tokyo-based company, has partnered with Australia’s Yayasan Pijar Masa Depan to launch a groundbreaking project called
FutureGen for Change. This initiative aims to address pressing social challenges in Southeast Asia, such as healthcare and climate change, through innovative startups.
Empowering Social Enterprises
The FutureGen for Change project specifically supports startups and non-profit organizations (NPOs) that are developing solutions to the region's urgent issues. By providing funding and opportunities for real-world testing, PoliPoli's
Policy Fund and the Pijar Foundation are empowering these organizations to tackle significant societal problems head-on.
A remarkable 25 organizations from Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines applied for this initiative, with 6 companies selected for a practical demonstration phase in Indonesian partner cities:

PrimaKu (Bogor): A digital health solution that enables real-time sharing and management of children’s growth records, enhancing mother-child health systems by using a specialized app for health tracking.

Lokatani (Bogor): A smart agriculture system leveraging IoT technologies, optimizing crop growing environments to enhance the quality and stability of agricultural production, leading to increased farmer incomes.
