Jen Aleman Hutter Takes Helm as COO at Physical Systems, Inc., Parent of Click Bond

Jen Aleman Hutter Named COO of Physical Systems, Inc.

Carson City, NV - In an exciting development for the aerospace assembly sector, Click Bond, Inc. has announced the appointment of Jen Aleman Hutter as the Chief Operating Officer of its parent company, Physical Systems, Inc. (PSI). With this strategic move, Hutter is set to steer the day-to-day operations of PSI, manage business integrations, and enhance shareholder engagement while maintaining a strong focus on a people-oriented approach during a critical phase of expansion.

Founded in 1967 by the Hutter family, PSI has successfully partnered with Click Bond for nearly four decades, distinguishing itself as a family-owned and operated enterprise. With plans to diversify investment initiatives and explore new business avenues, PSI's Board of Directors recognized the necessity for enhanced operational capabilities. The decision to promote Hutter to the COO role symbolizes this evolution.

"Click Bond was established by my in-laws, Charlie and Collie Hutter, founded on the principles of innovation and excellence centered around people," Mrs. Hutter stated on her new role. "As COO of PSI, I am honored to carry forward this legacy as we expand our influence in the market."

Bringing with her over 20 years of expertise in investment banking, entrepreneurship, and leadership, Hutter's professional journey began in public debt and private equity with prestigious firms such as Donaldson, Lufkin Jenrette and Credit Suisse. She later co-founded KAP Group, a consulting firm dedicated to assisting emerging private equity funds in attracting institutional capital. Her guiding principle, to simplify the investment process, continues to inform her approach to fostering value creation.

Hutter boasts a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. In addition to her corporate roles, she actively contributes her skills to five nonprofit boards, including The Center Foundation and Communities in Schools Nevada, showcasing her commitment to community growth. Presently, she also serves as a Board Director for Sterling Realty Organization, a family-run real estate management company overseeing assets worth $1 billion.

The COO's appointment is anticipated to significantly benefit Click Bond, fostering improved support systems and resource sharing that will solidify a foundation for growth. Karl Hutter, CEO of both Physical Systems and Click Bond, remarked, "I was genuinely excited when Jen expressed her desire to formalize her role in supporting the family business—a commitment she has already exemplified over the past 20 years! Her intimate understanding of our family values, paired with her critical industry experience, positions her uniquely to lead us into this next chapter."

Brandon Perlich, Click Bond's President, echoed these sentiments, stating, "I am thrilled to welcome Jen Hutter as the COO of PSI. Her unique blend of experience and insight is exactly what we need to navigate the next growth phase effectively. I look forward to working with her as we shape an exciting future together."

Adding to her leadership skills, Hutter is known for founding the initiative "Girl, Slow Down," aimed at empowering women and girls redefine their success through rest and mindfulness. Her objective is to combine operational proficiency with authentic leadership, cultivating environments where people thrive.

"My commitment is to produce lasting value for our employees, customers, and shareholders by engaging as a thoughtful, present leader, fostering a strategic approach to our goals," she expressed.
