At 29, he founded CLI, focusing on training, and has provided sessions to over 10,000 clients in various industries including childcare, healthcare, sales, and IT. He contributed significantly to growth from ¥1 billion to ¥5 billion and now aims to spread effective organizational practices as COO at Organization's Left Arm.
Aki Kuwata
COO at Organization's Left Arm
A graduate of Hosei University, he entered the entertainment distribution industry and achieved significant sales success, earning the Best Sales Award. In 2020, he transitioned to a digital ad firm within the CyberAgent group, focusing on data-driven product planning and maximizing profits for his division. Currently, he serves as Director, managing client queries and project progress at Organization's Left Arm.
