The Banana Kakigori, curated by the long-established dessert shop Shugetsudo in Gamagori, Aichi, is one of the signature items on the menu. It features fluffy ice with a delicate melt-in-the-mouth texture, paired with a carefully crafted syrup that highlights the natural flavor of its ingredients. This year, the spotlight is on ripe bananas, selected for their perfect sweetness and aroma. Only 10 servings of this special treat will be available each day, making it a rare find.

The Kakigori is prepared using carefully ripened bananas that are chosen to maximize their rich flavor and sweetness. The result is a dessert that perfectly marries the intense fruitiness of the mango with the light, airy texture of the ice. In addition, Kuzukiri, made exclusively from hon-kuzu (Japanese arrowroot starch) without any additives, will also be available for a limited time.
