Announcement of Completion for F.bit Aviation Fractional Investment Product

We are excited to announce the successful completion of our aviation fractional investment product aimed at individual investors, named "F.bit Aviation Fractional Investment Product No. 1". This innovative product, which is the first of its kind in Japan, was officially announced on May 12, 2025, with a launch for subscriptions priced at 1 million yen per share.

Our wholly-owned subsidiary, FPG Securities, concluded the subscription process for F.bit No. 1 on July 18. We received an overwhelming response, with subscriptions far exceeding the number of available shares, leading to a lottery selection process that resulted in the complete sellout of the product.

With today’s announcement, F.bit No. 1 has officially been established into a trust and has commenced its investment management operations. FPG Securities will serve as the asset manager, ensuring the effective oversight and management of these investments.
