Advance America Introduces FlexFund
In a pivotal move to enhance customer satisfaction, Advance America has launched
FlexFund, a new fee-based line of credit that addresses the increasing demand for transparency and flexibility in borrowing. The launch follows a comprehensive consumer survey spearheaded by Advance America in January 2026, where
no hidden costs or surprises emerged as a primary concern among borrowers.
Understanding FlexFund
The FlexFund line of credit is exclusively available online, streamlining the borrowing process for consumers who prefer digital banking solutions. This initiative aligns with survey findings, where over
56% of respondents indicated a desire to engage with lenders primarily through mobile apps or websites.
FlexFund is designed to provide borrowers with the flexibility they need. Customers are granted a predetermined credit limit, which they can draw upon as they wish. This allows them to borrow incremental amounts, starting as low as
$50, up to their approved credit limit. One of the standout features of FlexFund is the seamless repayment process— borrowers can pay off their balance, replenish their available funds, and redraw without the cumbersome process of reapplying.
Transparent Fee Structure
Building on feedback from the survey where
38% of respondents expressed a preference for
fast access to cash with no surprises, Advance America has ensured that all fees associated with FlexFund are clear and disclosed upfront. The only costs involved include:
- - An Advance Fee applied when funds are requested.
- - A Statement Fee based on the outstanding balance at the end of each billing cycle.
Importantly, no traditional interest rates are applicable. Instead, as customers repay their borrowed amounts, their subsequent Statement Fees are reduced, ensuring continual access to funds without repetitive applications.
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Chief Product Officer
Travis Gonzalez emphasized that the creation of FlexFund was rooted in genuine borrower insights. “Borrowers consistently told us they want a lender with no surprises. That’s not just a marketing message; it’s a design requirement,” he stated. Each aspect of FlexFund, from its user-friendly online interface to its transparent fee structure, reflects Advance America’s commitment to meeting consumer needs.
Availability and Future Expansion
Currently, FlexFund is accessible in
seven states: Alabama, Delaware, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. However, Advance America is already strategizing to broaden its reach across additional states in the near future.
