The Christmas lunch course offers an exquisite selection of nine specially crafted dishes that will tantalize your taste buds, beginning with a sparkling wine toast. The first course features meticulously prepared “Oyamadori,” a local chicken delicacy that pairs beautifully with the effervescent drink. The culinary star of the meal is the main dish: a succulent roasted domestic venison loin accompanied by a raspberry sauce, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

To conclude this festive feast, guests will be treated to a traditional “Bûche de Noël,” a captivating yule log dessert that encapsulates the spirit of Christmas.
