IsoEnergy and DISA Technologies Join Forces to Establish DISA Uranium Corporation for U.S. Nuclear Fuel Supply

Formation of DISA Uranium Corporation

On August 19, 2026, IsoEnergy Ltd. and DISA Technologies, Inc. proudly announced the successful completion of their strategic transaction, marking the formation of DISA Uranium Corporation. This new entity is designed to enhance the domestic uranium supply chain while supporting the increasing demand for secure nuclear fuel sourced within the United States.

A Transformative Agreement

As part of the agreement, IsoEnergy contributed its array of permitted uranium mines located in Utah, which includes notable sites such as the Tony M Mine and Daneros Mine, collectively referred to as the Utah Portfolio. In exchange, they received approximately 1.68 million shares of DISA Uranium’s common stock, effectively becoming the largest shareholder in the new corporation.

DISA Uranium merges IsoEnergy’s proven mining assets with DISA's innovative HPSA™ technology, aimed at improving uranium recovery and production. This positions DISA Uranium as a leading technology-enabled uranium producer in the U.S., setting the stage for a more independent and secure domestic supply of nuclear fuel.

Financial Commitments and Investments

In conjunction with the transaction, DISA Uranium secured funding through a $105 million private placement financing, attracting prominent investors such as Tembo Capital and BHP Ventures. IsoEnergy itself invested $33 million into this funding effort, further solidifying its commitment to the future of DISA Uranium.

Leadership and Strategic Direction

DISA Uranium's board of directors has been formed with a mix of experienced leaders, including IsoEnergy's CEO, Phillip Williams, and several members from DISA’s existing board. This diverse leadership team is dedicated to implementing DISA Uranium’s multi-faceted strategy, which focuses on advancing HPSA technology for recovering uranium from abandoned mine waste, reviving conventional uranium production in the U.S., and expanding domestic processing capabilities.

Upcoming Initiatives

The Tony M Mine is prioritized for immediate development, along with a broader strategy to include remediation efforts at various legacy sites throughout the western United States. Such initiatives not only aim to rejuvenate uranium mining in the region but also contribute to ecological restoration and responsible production practices.

About DISA Uranium

DISA Uranium Corporation is headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, and is committed to redefining the landscape of uranium recovery and production. The veteran-led team focuses on remediating abandoned uranium mining sites while utilizing patented technologies to make processes more efficient and environmentally friendly. DISA Uranium holds a unique license from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, allowing it to treat and recover uranium across multiple sites, positioning the company as a pivotal player in building America’s uranium supply chain.
