On May 3rd and 4th, 2025, Tokyo Big Sight hosted the Card Game Festival 2025, where fans gathered to celebrate the beginning of an exciting chapter for the Love Live! franchise—its official card game, commonly referred to as 'Loveka.' This event was particularly notable as it included Loveka's very first official tournament!

The Official Tournament

The tournament began on May 3rd and was met with great enthusiasm from participants and spectators alike. All players were given a special PR card pack as a participant gift. As players progressed through the rounds, more PR card packs were awarded as prizes, intensifying the competition. After a series of thrilling matchups, the day concluded with a victorious performance by 'Mikan,' who claimed the championship title. Congratulations!

8-Person Tournament

Another feature of the festival was the highly engaging 8-person tournament. Participants eagerly awaited the assembled 8 to start the showdown, which was filled with excitement and camaraderie. The atmosphere was vibrant, with players showcasing impressive skills while competing.

Exhibition Section

The festival also included a spectacular exhibition area where fans could marvel at physical displays of gold-foiled cards. Additionally, a stunning stand was set up featuring 57 school idols dressed in magical girl-themed costumes, enhancing the festive mood.

Special Visitor Benefits

Attendees did not leave empty-handed. As part of the entrance benefits for Card Game Festival 2025, participants received a limited PR card, 'Sayaka Muneno' from the Love Live! Official Card Game. This gesture was well-received, adding to the memorable experiences of the festival.
