Team REC Welcomes Yuichiro Inui

On August 1, 2023, REC Kōhatsu Co., Ltd., based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, announced a partnership with professional tennis player Yuichiro Inui. This collaboration is a result of shared values, focusing on the promotion of tennis through various initiatives, including the management of tennis schools and participation in Japan’s national tennis leagues.

About Yuichiro Inui

Yuichiro Inui, born on April 2, 1995, began his professional tennis career in February 2016. Standing at 187 cm and weighing 84 kg, he is known for his big-serving style. He has impressive sponsorships, including Babolat for rackets and strings, and Joma for apparel. Over the years, he has achieved several notable victories, including winning the doubles category in the ITF M15 Tashkent and ITF M15 Tanakura tournaments.

His recent statement reflects his excitement about joining Team REC: "I am thrilled to become a new member of Team REC. I will do my best to showcase the fun and excitement of tennis, so I appreciate your continued support." Founded in April 1973, REC Kōhatsu has been a pioneer in the tennis school industry, with 15 locations in the metropolitan area. The organization celebrates its 52nd anniversary this year and continues to promote the joy of sports and health through tennis. In 2023, they partnered with Waseda University’s tennis team, launching the REC WASEDA CLUB TENNIS ACADEMY. Furthermore, they are set to open a new facility, the REC Indoor Tennis School in Nishitokyo, in July 2025.

• - Takaō Suzuki: Born on September 20, 1976, he turned pro in April 1995 and retired in April 2021.
• - Tomohiro Masabayashi: Born on March 5, 1998, he is 172 cm tall and turned pro in 2018.
• - Kazuki Nishiwaki: Born on October 29, 1994, he started playing tennis at the age of ten and went pro in 2017.
• - Ryotaro Taguchi: Born on June 30, 2000, he began tennis at six and turned pro in 2023.
• - Yuta Kawahashi: Born on January 26, 1998, he is currently 178 cm tall and went pro in 2020.
• - Ryusuke Horiuchi: Born on September 21, 1998, he stands 185 cm and turned pro in January 2022.
